Job Description / Responsibility
- We are hiring Experienced Agent for Australian Solar Lead Gen Camping (Cold Calling ).Major Telecommunication Ltd, currently seeking experienced Australian Solar COLD CALLERS agents to join our Excellent team.
- Working Days: Monday - Friday & Saturday ยฝ Days
- ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐๐๐ฅ๐:Office Start 6 am to 3pm. ( with 1 Hours Break )
- ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐๐Work From office , Dhaka
- ๐๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง Elephant Road , Dhaka
- ๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Making outbound Cold calling, text , & emails
- Appointments Setting ,with Auto Dialer
- Answering incoming Calls and returning calls .
- Making outbound calls to Setting Appointment with Homeowner
- Build relationships with Home owner & Make an leads Setting Daily
- Reporting & time to time Live update to the Google spreadsheets Self-motivated & Energetic towards career goals.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Call Centre Team leaders Experience
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Call Center
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 18 to 35 years
- Applicant should have following Experience;
- Currently we are Hiring Call Centre Agent / Call Centre Executive--- Start Immediately.
- Call Centre Solar Direct Sales Experience / Solar Sales Executive Supervisor / Team leader / Team Management .
- Quality Control (QC),
- Customer Support / It Support ,
- Excellent English Communication skill for customers & agents
- Have to have ability for supervise the team work & team development ,
- Need to Monitor full team and daily work / Time shit , Daily reporting , train them for new employees
- Need to Know Microsoft Office , CRM Software Specially excel or Google sheet for daily Reporting.
- Minimum 6 months to 5 Years of sales experience with Australia- Solar Camping based Full-time position
- Excellent English communication skills
- Computer literacy skill, Auto Dialer
- Career-oriented and Can work under pressure.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets
- ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ Australian Solar Sales & Telemarketing Camping Experience Preferred.
