Communication with key customers on product performance and response to queries (information and advisory).
Assist in managing the organization’s CRM systems, data collection by questionnaires, surveying data analysis and cleaning for quality data management.
Apply theoretical knowledge to analyze customer data, identifying trends and patterns that can help marketing strategies.
Work closely with other team members, contributing to the team’s efforts.
