Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain cash book, subsidiary ledger of bills receivable and bills payable to keep records of day-to-day expenditures and closing cash books daily.
Responsible for reconciling all bank accounts and cash book on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, yearly financial Statements i.e., Balance sheet, P & L, Cash flow statements etc.
Preparing and posting all kinds of vouchers, Journal, Journal adjustments, general ledger, and different registers related to finance & accounts are maintained up to date.
Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of team members.
Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure projects are completed within budget.
Coordinate with internal and external audits of financial records and implement audit recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
RJSC related duties, such as annual return submission, Share Transfer, Widing Up process, etc., RJSC;
Prepare monthly payroll and labor payment sheet;
To look after all Tax & VAT matters of the company.
Any other tasks as instructed by the higher authority

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements

Age 24 to 30 years
Digital Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Tele Marketing, Real Estate Marketing, and Real Estate Sales.
Practical Knowledge on construction, understand building plans, sections, elevations and structural drawings.
