Job Description / Responsibility

Co-ordination with planning department for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan, and factory monthly plan based on the history of the line and factory efficiency.
Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, production head, & management team.
Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising, production & fabrics department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
Building relationship with merchandising department & Production people for smooth operation.
Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
Balance all sewing lines with proper skill allocation.
Analyze future style and do preproduction activities for ensuring back to back layout change.
Make a capacity graph and balance the line to achieve the targeted efficiency.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
Industrial and Production Engineering

Experience Requirements

7 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 50 years
Must have sound knowledge on all sewing process.
Leadership Quality with a positive attitude & having the ability to make decisions independently.
Keeping updated with all the Information of the area assigned & Maintain Daily IE related reports.
