Job Description / Responsibility
  • Oversee the entire battery manufacturing process
  • Ensuring smooth operations and optimal production output
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and delivery timelines
  • Monitor and improve efficiency, yield, and quality of production lines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational bottlenecks to optimize performance.
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators.
  • Ensure a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Enforce quality control measures to ensure product reliability and performance.
  • Implement and maintain workplace safety standards to prevent accidents and hazards.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Optimize raw material usage to reduce waste and production costs.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Battery, Storage cell

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 28 to 43 years
  • Must have work experience on Motorcycle and UPS Battery Assembly
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control.
