Job Description / Responsibility

We are Looking for Young, Energetic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person to Employ as Manager & Assistant General Manager (Sales & Marketing) with at least 5 years of proven experience in the same field.
Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
Corporate Marketing, Project visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients.
Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
Coordinate with Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
Identify potential clients and build strong relationship.
Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.
Any other job assigns by the management

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Minimum Graduation degree

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 45 years
The applicant should have experience in the Marketing sector.
Highly knowledgeable in the hospitality sector with a focus on marketing.
Familiar with food sector corporate marketing
Have the experience to forecast sales and revenue with proper planning & execution.
Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral.
