Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets, focusing on both new customer acquisition and retention.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data to forecast future sales trends, prepare reports, and present them to management for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design, implement, and evaluate targeted marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their value to potential and existing customers.
- Engage with clients through persuasive communication and negotiation techniques to close sales and secure long-term contracts.
- Provide training and support to junior sales staff, helping them develop their skills and achieve their sales targets.
- Work closely with other departments, such as product development, finance, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of goals.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in sales strategies, product offerings, or customer service.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards, representing the company with integrity.
