Job Description / Responsibility
  • Target-based, incentive-based sales.
  • Represent AMS Academy in a modern and sophisticated way.
  • Promote world-class online education solutions.
  • Maintain proper CRM and provide monthly reports.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Find new sales opportunities.
  • Initiate and execute sales and admission campaigns.
  • Take student admissions and counsel them.
  • Hire marketing and sales associates.
  • Create partnerships with relevant organizations.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, School, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 26 to 45 years
  • Digital marketing knowledge preferred.
  • English medium background preferred.
  • Technologically sound and proficient.
  • Good at presentation in both English and Bangla.
  • Skilled in PPT creation, Excel, Word, Google Drive, Google Classrooms, and Docs.
  • Familiar with online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Fast at learning and managing CRM.
  • Website management skills.
  • Able to manage and create daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Passionate about working in the education sector.
