Job Description / Responsibility
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Ensure proper market penetration and increase product visibility.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers to promote company products.
  • Organize promotional activities such as field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and training sessions.
  • Maintain close communication with existing clients and resolve their queries effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to management for product/service improvements.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize sales.
  • Assist in pricing strategies and promotional offers to enhance product sales.
  • Ensure proper stock availability at distributor and retailer levels.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, market analysis, and competitor insights to the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per company policies.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Commerce (MCom)
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
