Job Description / Responsibility
- Monitor proper housekeeping of floor including all time general cleanliness.
- Take special care for good housekeeping and healthy environment before buyer visit/audit.
- Oversee & ensure safety and security of factory assets, logistics and transportation.
- Ensure to check fire extinguishers in a daily manner and take necessary initiative if required.
- Ensure that the emergency doors and stairs are clear of any blocks.
- Arrange for guests/ buyers entertainment.
- Ensure to Collect and Check night bills and disbursement through cash payment accordingly.
- Prepare gate pass, challan, voucher etc.
- Arrange transportation for sick employees to go to the Hospital.
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning and etc.)
- Maintain Hospitality Management like BD canteen, transportation, dormitory management and etc.
- Support compliance team to face audit and collaborate with external auditors when needed.
- Familiarity with industry practices and professional compliance standards.
- Arrange protocol for higher official delegates including arrangement of their accommodation, foods, transport and other logistic supports.
- Supervise the canteen, dormitory, transport facilities of the company.
- Look after security, safety and cleanliness of the factory and office indoor, outdoors.
- Arrange meeting, seminar, workshops and event management programs.
- Any other related job(s) as assign by the management time to time
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Social Science (MSS) in Public Administration, Master of Social Science (MSS) in Sociology
- University of Dhaka,Rajshahi University,University of Chittagong students will get preference
Experience Requirements
- 7 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments
Additional Job Requirements
- Candidate age should have within at least 38 Years to 40 Years;
- Candidate in local area will be highly preferable;
- Candidate those who have practical Experiences in running administration for large volume knit garments;
- Candidate should have at least 06 Years experiences in Managerial Positions in Garments factory;
- Candidate job location will be South East Textiles (Pvt.) Ltd - Expansion
