Job Description / Responsibility

Collect the Production Data from all the Dept. every day and prepare daily production report.
Review PO sheet & delivery dates.
Prepare Monthly & Weekly Line Plans.
Ensure all planning information is accurately maintained on ERP Software and Update/analyze/review all the reports accordingly.
Assist in developing alternative plans for line feeding or urgent requirements.
Generate reports on Line Plan achievement & Plan vs. Actual production also monitor fabric & accessories status.
Maintain email communication with all the respective departments.
Check Line Balance & take necessary steps for WIP status in cutting, sewing, finishing & packing.
Assist in preparing necessary report as per management requirement.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Industrial Engineering

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years

Age 25 to 30 years
