Job Description / Responsibility
- Monitoring & controlling overall the IE-related activities of 100% export-oriented knit garments
- Responsible for efficiency, productivity, quality and technical aspect of the floor cut to pack.
- Preparation of advance machine planning, design of folders and attachment for the upcoming style.
- Study the worker's efficiency and identify their strengths & weaknesses to enhance their skills.
- Formulate production plan based on machine manpower; study the m/c layout to achieve optimum productivity.
- Develop strategies to achieve Targeted productivity.
- Must submit monthly target/achievement reports to the Managing director.
- Initiate effective communication skills to motivate and develop professionalism and mental strength for higher productivity among the staff of the production department.
- Ensure Effective Utilization of Company Resources.
- From time-to-time report to the Managing Director with Strategic functions of Industrial Engineering.
- Do other jobs as per instruction of the Managing Director/ Top management when required.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Recommends the best methods of space, manpower, material, and equipment utilization in production facilities.
- Train the supervisors to be able to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening.
- Analyze, control, and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
- Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures, and practices.
- Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with the Company policies, and determine staffing needs.
