Job Description / Responsibility
- Sales Trainee Officer (STO) identify clients, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products. This role offers high earning potential, comprehensive training, and career growth opportunities with Shanta Life.
- Job Responsibility:
- Identify prospective customers, assess their needs and strong ability to transform them to actual clients;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide personalized life insurance solution.
- Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend appropriate life insurance products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive prospecting and client engagement.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.

- Age at least 20 years
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
