Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Context:
  • MARS FINANCIAL AND LEGAL CONSULTANTY (MARS FLC) is an international standard legal solution based Contact Point Verification and debt recovery agency as well as Law Firm.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve agreed business target.
  • Create and maintain effective business relationship with the business stakeholder especially with Banks, Financial Institutions.
  • Ensure clients services within agreed time frame.
  • Evaluate your staffs’ performance in every month including yourself and submit report upon evaluation to hire Authority.
  • Plan, organize, execute and supervise implementation of goals.
  • Supervise, motivate and monitor team performance.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
  • Graduate/Masters in any discipline.
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 28 to 38 years
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in debt collection and Contact Point Verification.
  • Well Communication skill in English (Written & Speaking)
  • Conduct meeting with valued clients like Bank, Financial Institution
  • Typing speed: Minimum Bangla-30 words and English-35 words per minute
  • Email Communication skills
  • Presentation skills
