Job Description / Responsibility

Those who engaged in VAT & TAX especially in Group of Companies are encouraged to apply.
Should have clear knowledge over Value Added Tax Act & Supplementary Duty Act, 2012 and VAT & SD Rules, 2016.
Should have clear Knowledge over Customs Act
Should have clear knowledge about VDS & TDS.
Maintain purchase register, Sales register, Musuk Challan, VAT returns and all other register as per VAT and SD Act, 12.
Prepare and Submit Monthly VAT Returns through online in due time.
Maintain VAT software as per Govt. Rules.
Prepare and Submit 4.3 (Input-Output Co-efficient).
Handling VAT Audit conducted by VAT Authorities and other Govt. Auditors.
Preserve all documents as per Acts and Rules.
Represent the company in legal proceeding as well as maintaining liaison with the concerned VAT, Customs and Govt. Offices.
Supervise & reconciliation of monthly VAT sales, purchase, consumption and inventory with Ledger records and review of monthly VAT return- Mushak- 9.1 and Input Output co-efficient- Mushak- 4.3.
Ensure that the transactions are processed with all necessary supporting documents in compliance with Income Tax Act 2023 and VAT and Supplementary Duty Act 2012.
Provide necessary documents and support for filling Monthly withholding Tax return, yearly Income Tax return and other requirements as per Income Tax Act 2023.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance
CA (CC), ITP and VC

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Cement, Gas, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
