Admission Counselor

Job Description / Responsibility

Communicate with potential students via phone calls, emails, and messages.
Provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and career opportunities.
Counsel and guide students to choose the right course based on their educational background and career goals.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments.
Maintain and update the lead database and report daily activities.
Assist in handling student queries and concerns related to the admission process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Educational Requirements

Diploma, Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm

Additional Job Requirements

Must have very good Communication Skill online/on-site.
Must have a confident mind to give presentation in front of camera or host in seminars.
Must have basic ICT skills such as Microsoft office, zoom, emails etc.
Previous experience in sales, customer support, or counseling is preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
