Job Description / Responsibility
  • Reports to the Principal
  • Responsible for the academic management of the whole school.
  • Hold regular meetings with Subject Coordinators/Supervisors to monitor academic progress of all classes.
  • Plan and implement professional development for all teaching staffs.
  • Responsible for all the disciplinary affairs, behavioral management and moral building of students.
  • Ensure the effective remedial help for the slow learners.
  • Liaise with existing students' parents.

Educational Requirements
  • Masters
  • English Medium Background. Minimum requirement is a Master’s degree or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • School, Coaching Center, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 30 years
  • The applicant should have a strong communication skill and writing in English.
  • O level and A level completed candidates will get preferences.
  • Experience requirements
  • At least 3 year(s)
  • Vast Knowledge about Edexcel / Cambridge Syllabus.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Teaching/Training, Education Administration/Management, Curriculum/Program Development.
  • Additional job requirements
  • We prefer candidate who is goal oriented and can handle job pressure
  • Willing to take part in the life of school
  • The applicant should have a strong communication skill and writing in English.
