Job Description / Responsibility

Participate in the planning and budgeting of institute programs.
Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate all vocational program activities.
Oversee office management, including furniture, documentation, banking, and building maintenance.
Organize student games, and cultural events, and manage corresponding budgets.
Handle correspondence with government officials and monitor legal matters.
Monitor daily financial activities and ensure proper fund utilization.
Provide educational support and track student academic progress.
Maintain cleanliness of facilities and ensure a satisfactory living environment for residential students.
Manage staff responsibilities and performance.
Establish an effective Management Information System (MIS) for monitoring and reporting.
Oversee student admissions and promotional activities.
Submit progress and financial reports to supervisors regularly.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Diploma in engineering with BSc.(ET/MT/COMT)
An SSC (Voc) background will add value.

Additional Job Requirements

Gentle & good behavior is expected.
Basic IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Browsing & Email etc.)

Other Benefits

Two festival allowance, each equivalent to the basic salary, will be provided. Increment will be added as per the institution's policy.
