Job Description / Responsibility
  • **Key Responsibilities**:
  • 1. **Counseling Students**:
  • - Guide students on study abroad programs, universities, courses, and eligibility.
  • - Provide information on scholarships, visas, and financial planning.
  • 2. **Application Assistance**:
  • - Help students with university applications, SOPs, and document preparation.
  • - Ensure deadlines are met.
  • 3. **Visa Guidance**:
  • - Advise on visa requirements and assist with visa applications.
  • 4. **Pre-Departure Support**:
  • - Conduct orientation sessions on cultural adaptation, accommodation, and travel.
  • 5. **Post-Arrival Support**:
  • - Assist with settling in, including accommodation and local resources.
  • 6. **Partnership Management**:
  • - Collaborate with universities and institutions to stay updated on programs.
  • 7. **Marketing and Outreach**:
  • - Promote study abroad programs through workshops and events.
  • **Skills Required**:
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes.
  • - Problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
