Job Description / Responsibility
- We are Looking for Energetic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person to Employ as General Manager/ Team Leader (Sales & Marketing) who has the Experience in Achieving the Sales Target in REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY.
- Responsibilities:
- Corporate Sales/ Marketing.
- Have to sales Land, Plot and Flat.
- Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
- One must have the skill to manage a team effectively. It is essential to be diligent in achieving both personal and the targets of team members.
- Prepare report as required by management.
- Corporate Marketing, Project visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
- Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients.
- Build a strong relationship with customer.
- Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
- Development of Plan, Designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.
- Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
- Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
- Coordinate with Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
Educational Requirements
- Masters
- Master’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 12 years

- Real Estate

- Age 35 to 45 years
- Experience on Relevant Field, Good Communication Skills (Bangla and English).
