Job Description / Responsibility
  • . Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • 2. Employee Relations:
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing workplace concerns, grievances, and disputes.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture through engagement initiatives and open communication.
  • 3. Performance Management:
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide coaching to managers and employees to drive performance and development.
  • 4. Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development programs.
  • Support career growth opportunities within the organization.
  • 5. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee payroll and benefits management, ensuring competitive and fair compensation structures.
  • Conduct salary reviews and maintain compliance with tax regulations.
  • 6. Compliance and Policy Management:
  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and align with labor laws and company standards.
  • Develop and communicate HR policies to promote a fair and consistent workplace.
  • 7. Strategic HR Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Develop succession planning and talent management initiatives to support organizational growth.
  • 8. Health, Safety, and Wellbeing:
  • Implement workplace health and safety programs.
  • Foster a healthy work environment that supports employee well-being.
  • 9. Diversity and Inclusion:
  • Promote equal opportunity initiatives to build an inclusive work environment.
  • Lead diversity-related programs and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
  • 10. Reporting and Analytics:
  • Utilize HR analytics to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Prepare reports on key HR metrics such as recruitment success, employee turnover, and engagement.

Educational Requirements
  • Masters
  • Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field (HR PGD preferred).
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Travel Agent, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Transportation, Dry cell (Battery), Shop/Showroom

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 30 years
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
