Job Description / Responsibility
  • Execute maintenance tasks for handover buildings
  • Coordinate repair activities with contractors and maintenance staff as necessary
  • Estimation of Building Maintenance Cost
  • Manage the maintenance budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient solutions without compromising quality
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs and expenditures Develop and implement emergency response protocols to handle unexpected maintenance issues promptly
  • Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 28 to 32 years
  • Candidates must have experience in post handover building maintenance related work
  • Should have good in Bengali & English writing skill
  • Should be smart, well groomed, honest & polite behavior
  • Must have computer literacy on MS Word, MS Excel
