Job Description / Responsibility

Being on the construction site constantly in order to ensure that set standards are followed.
Collect, preserve & have a clear concept of all approved drawings, designs, specifications.
Planning, coordinating, recommending, and implementing the construction designs and work progress.
Formulating the construction & maintenance plan and determining the working priorities.
Focusing on safety and ensuring that all workers adhere to set safety standards.
Determining work methods that result in improved efficiency and productivity in the workplace.
Ensuring the quantity & quality of materials received and used.
To place a report to the concerned authority from time to time.
Ensure and maintain proper documentation.
To prepare all types of material estimating.
Keep co-ordination with purchase department for on time material supply.
Identify the problems and resolve the same, proactively.
To ensure timely completion of all works as per plan.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering.
Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Architecture Firm, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 30 years
Be good at using MS-Excel, MS-Word and other work-oriented software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
Self-driven and proactive to take initiative, result oriented and devoted to work.
Highly skilled in quality construction with minimum cost and time.
