Job Description / Responsibility

Ability to produce technical design packages.
Strong creative vision and design sensibility, with a passion for creating exceptional interior spaces.
Develop, design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs.
Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
Source materials and products included in plans.
Excellent design presentation skills·
FF&E specification and procurement·
The candidate possesses skills in using D5 software.
Frequent client visit

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Architecture
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
