Job Description / Responsibility
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare effective sales plans within a set budget, targets, and deadlines.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plans.
  • Find Prospective Clients by door-to-door field visits.
  • Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement.
  • Collect the required documents from the customer.
  • Maintain and update customer database.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports & provide feedback to the Supervisor on a regular basis.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients.

Educational Requirements
  • Masters
  • BBA/MBA Major in Marketing from any Reputed University with good academic record.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Engineering Firms, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 18 to 40 years
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and excellent time management skills.
  • Attitude & Bearing, alluring personality, impressive, decent, and positive gestures Computer proficiency over MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and ability to work for long working hour.
