Job Description / Responsibility

Installing, configuring, and maintaining Hardware & software systems, networks, printers, and scanners. PCs, laptops, UPSs, PABXs, CCTVs, and other IT devices.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding on time to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the company.
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology.
Excellent command of the English Language is a must needed.
Excellent communication skill is required.
Internal Software troubleshooting.
ERP Software support.
Communicate with related stakeholders to ensure effective IT support.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
Diploma in Computer
CCNA & Windows Server Administration, and Networking Training will be Preferred.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Spinning
