Job Description / Responsibility

Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Software Operator to join our team.
The Software Operator will be responsible for executing and monitoring software processes to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Execute software programs and applications according to established procedures and schedules.
Monitor software processes and systems for any abnormalities or errors.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues as they arise.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on software systems to ensure reliability and performance.
Collaborate with team members to optimize software processes and workflows.
Document software procedures and maintain accurate records of software activities.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Computer in Computer Science
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certification in software operations or related field.
