- Position Overview:
- As a Development Manager at Automation Solutionz, you will play a pivotal role in leading our development team towards success. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Django, Rust, and Go Lang, along with exceptional project management skills and the ability to effectively follow up on tasks.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment. Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate deep understanding and proficiency in Django, Rust, and Go Lang. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
- Task Follow-Up: Monitor project progress closely, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed efficiently. Address any bottlenecks or issues that may arise, keeping projects on track for timely delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to align development efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team, implementing best practices, tools, and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for client communication, gathering product requirements, providing updates, and ensuring alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.
- Define Product Roadmap: Work closely with the management and leadership team to define and prioritize features for the product roadmap, considering market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Technology Research: Conduct ongoing research on cutting-edge technologies, frameworks, and methodologies relevant to the project domain, evaluating their potential for adoption and integration to enhance product capabilities.
- Customer Feedback Incorporation: Facilitate the integration of customer feedback loops into the development process, gathering insights to drive iterative improvements and enhance user satisfaction.
