Job Description / Responsibility
- Handling Social Media Platforms Campaigns Ads & website. Creating Content & Modifying Product Images. Ability to work under pressure.
- Managing the company's social media accounts, social media platforms Facebook (pages & groups), Instagram, Google, YouTube & LinkedIn to manage digital marketing campaigns, develop relevant content, publish in digital channels, and regularly maintain the channels (social media, website, etc.) to reach the company's target customers.
- Creative planning and execution of all the Facebook marketing campaigns by using Facebook Ads Manager, including good knowledge of conversion ads, lead ads, and understanding of Facebook pixel for retargeting ads.
- Create & Maintain high-quality and eye-catching content like social media post images, banners, blog images, info-graphics, website banners, etc. for Web & Social Media advertisements.
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with the overall business goals, including sales targets, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
- Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience by ensuring smooth navigation, streamlined checkout process, and responsive customer support.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to e-commerce operations, including data protection, consumer rights, payment processing, Implement security measures to protect customer data and prevent fraud.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimization. Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and cross-selling/up-selling strategies to increase average order value and conversion rates.
- Performing any other duty as directed by the Management.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass) in Business Studies
- Diploma in Computer in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
