Job Description / Responsibility

Join our dynamic team at GroupyFy Inc. as a Senior Python/Django Developer and elevate your career! We are looking for a seasoned professional with solid experience in building scalable, high-quality, and high-performing eCommerce applications. As part of a small but dynamic team you get to take full ownership of your craft. As a pivotal member of our development team, you will work on building, deploying, and managing cloud applications.
Responsibilities:
Develop, deploy, and maintain functional, secure, and high-quality applications on cloud (eg AWS, DIGITAL OCEAN).
Enhance our existing eCommerce platform by integrating new features and optimizing user interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Integrating with 3rd party API.
Implement robust sets of services and APIs to power the web application.
Innovate with cloud-based solutions and integration strategies.
Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API.
Lead and deliver entire lifecycle concepts, design, build, deploy, test, release, and support.
Work alongside front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and
design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance user experience.

At least 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

MINIMUM of 3 years of experience in Python and Django framework.
Proven experience in eCommerce platform development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Must have experience in deploying to cloud services (AWS, Azure, DIGITAL OCEAN).
Excellent understanding of server-side templating languages.
Strong unit test and debugging skills.
Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
Good to have knowledge in React/NextJS
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
Good to have experience on working with popular Python libraries like Pandas, BeautifulSoup4 etc.
Excellent Problem Solving ability
Ethical and trustworthy.
