Job Description / Responsibility

Clear knowledge on Tax and VAT Accounts preparation knowledge (PL, balance Sheet, Cash flow)
Check Invoice with proper documents provided by party and make Accounting Treatment
Make Voucher & Cheque for party payment and internal payment
Maintain Petty Cash Register Advance Register & Cheque Register
Prepare the Cash Management Report (Monthly 03 Times) Month Closing all Accounting Entry for Monthly Financial Statement
Prepare the quarterly Foreign Direct Investment Return
Prepare the yearly 108, 108A report to Tax Office.
Coordinate to Consultant to prepare the yearly income tax return
Coordinate to Consultant to prepare the yearly Transfer Pricing
Report Dealing ERP related work Any other task assigning by management ERP software knowledge to maintain and communicate with Software company to solve the problem.
