Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct pre-audit & post-audit regularly as per the pre-audit policy of the company.
To follow up on the implementation of the audit recommendation.
Ensure that organizational SOP is complied with as directed.
Ensure that internal control systems are running effectively & efficiently, and risks are minimized to tolerable levels.
Conducting annual physical inventory counting at the warehouse and reconciling with received and issued such inventory with the store ledger.
Prepare an internal audit report and give better recommendations on identified lacking internal control procedures.
Ensuring proper steps have been taken to safeguard the assets of the company as directed.
Conducting suspected physical cash verification on quarterly/ half-yearly/ annually.
Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are fully compiled.
Any other task assigned by the HOD

Educational Requirements

Master of Commerce (M. Com) in Accounting and CACC will get preference.
Skills Required: Accounts, Cash Management, Tally software, ERP.

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Design/Printing/Publishing, Call Center

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 30 years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Tally, MS Office.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply (In case of CACC).
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Audit
