Job Description / Responsibility
  • We are seeking highly committed and motivated individuals to fill the positions of Officer, Accounts.
  • Assisting in the preparation of management reports on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis, as and when necessary, and submitting the reports on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Assisting in preparing statutory financial statements and reporting. Processing operational and construction bills .
  • Recording transactions in the accounting software. Maintaining ledgers and records in a systematic way.
  • Reconciling payable ledgers with vendors. Processing loan installment payments and recording interest on loans on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Maintaining regular correspondence with banks for regular transactions.
  • Preparing bank reconciliations for all operational banks on a monthly basis.
  • Assisting the reporting senior with the successful implementation of operational activities as assigned and performing ad hoc job requirements assigned by the senior.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • University, College, Hospital, Clinic, Healthcare Startup
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
