Developed by a global technology solution provider Optimum Solution and Services Ltd. (OSSL), EPS aims to provide Fintech solutions for all financial Institutions.Customers from all financial platforms can use EPS. The aim is to serve users with the ease of Digital Payment including Payment Gateway, Bill Payment, Mobile Recharge etc.

- Position Overview:
- The Transaction Settlement Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of transaction settlement within our EPS (Easy Payment System) Payment Gateway. This role involves monitoring, verifying, and settling transactions initiated through the Payment Gateway and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify all transactions processed through the EPS Payment Gateway for accuracy and completeness.
- Settle transactions promptly and accurately in accordance with established settlement schedules and procedures.
- Monitor settlement queues and investigate and resolve any discrepancies or exceptions promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Cash Management Office, to ensure timely settlement of transactions initiated through the Payment Gateway.
- Reconcile settlement transactions against corresponding bank statements and transaction records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the Compliance and Risk Management teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Provide support and assistance to internal and external stakeholders regarding transaction settlement inquiries and issues.
- Maintain documentation and records related to transaction settlement activities, ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of transaction settlement processes.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Banks, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
Additional Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of transaction processing and settlement procedures within payment gateways.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to transaction settlement, including AML/CFT regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
