(OSSL), EPS aims to provide Fintech solutions for all financial Institutions.Customers from all financial platforms can use EPS. The aim is to serve users with the ease of Digital Payment including Payment Gateway, Bill Payment, Mobile Recharge etc.

- Position Overview:
- The Regulatory Reporting Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of accurate and timely reports to regulatory bodies. This role demands a high level of precision and an in-depth understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance issues specific to the financial services industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Analyze changes in regulatory reporting requirements and update reporting processes as necessary.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including compliance, finance, and operations, to gather and validate required information.
- Monitor and analyze transactions and company activities to ensure that they comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation of regulatory reporting processes and procedures.
- Assist in the management of regulatory examinations and audits, including the preparation of requested documents and responses to regulatory inquiries.
- Provide training and guidance to other team members on regulatory requirements and reporting procedures.
- Stay informed of developments and changes in regulations that affect the fintech industry and interpret the potential impact on the company.
- Implement and utilize financial reporting systems and tools to streamline reporting processes.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Certification in a relevant field (e.g., CPA, CFA).
- Previous experience in a regulated financial environment, especially within fintech.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Banks, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
