Job Description / Responsibility
  • Develop and implement the company's overall banking strategy, aligning it with the organization's financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Identify and assess potential banking partners, conducting due diligence and selecting the institutions that best serve the company's needs.
  • Lead the negotiation and execution of complex financial agreements, securing favorable terms for loans, lines of credit, derivatives, and other financial products.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of internal controls to ensure adherence to all banking regulations and company policies.
  • Manage a team of finance professionals responsible for banking, cash flow, and treasury functions, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on banking activities, cash flow, and financial performance for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate and establish new banking relationships, securing favorable terms for loans, lines of credit, and other financial products.
  • Manage existing banking relationships by maintaining regular communication with bank representatives, ensuring they understand the company's financial goals and needs.
  • Written corresponding (both in English and Bengali) with the Bank/NBFI.
  • Preparation of loan proposal to Bank/NBFI.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
Experience Requirements
  • 8 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 40 to 45 years
  • Proven experience in negotiating and managing bank relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of cash flow management, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international banking regulations.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling software.
