Job Description / Responsibility
  • Monitor and ensure day-to- day factory related Accounts & Financial activities are properly recorded into Books of Accounts.
  • Check and verify the vouchers and invoices.
  • Preparation of vouchers for making payment.
  • Reconcile transaction of Bank, Debtors & creditors etc.
  • Conduct costing analysis and interpret process.
  • Maintain file and documents related to accounts department.
  • Prepare & maintain company accounts, cash and bank transactions, ledger book, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record etc.
  • Assisting the line Manager in preparing Daily, Monthly, and Yearly reports.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA)/MCom/ Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA)/BCom from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 28 years
  • Honest and Positive attitude.
  • Quick learner & excellent communication skill with adequate computer literacy.
