Job Description / Responsibility

Jago Consumer Products Limited
Head Office- Road-30,House- 438,Mohakhali Dohs,Dhaka
Corporate Office-220 A/220 D, Begum Rokeya Sarani, West Kafrul, Dhaka.
Responsibilities:
Depote/Distributor hunting and set up. SO recruit & Achievements of pre-defined sales targets.
Monitor the activities of sales officers, agents and distributors.
Market visit especially the top agents and overall markets.
Ensuring day-to-day troubleshooting at the market along with the sales officers.
Take the initiatives to uncover areas the covering plan quickly and to share ways forward to increase sales.
To check and verify all team members sales reports and send them to higher authorities.
Collect market information and track competitors activities.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Graduate/Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 50 years
Minimum (2-5) years sales experience in Consumer and Toiletries industry.
Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
Manage existing & new potential agent by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Should have positive attitude.
