Job Description / Responsibility

Academic Coordinator for Junior and Senior School.
Academic coordination, supervision, academic plan implementation and liaison between students, teachers, admin and school authority.
Provide solutions for student problems related to academics, behavior and others.
Ensuring the academic plan is being implemented to quality and time.
Quality assurance of teaching material.
Provide proper administrative support across all academic programs to quality and time.
Proper coordination of assessment processes both monthly and Semester.
Support and attend academic meetings, including preparing agendas, papers, taking minutes and ensuring action points are followed up.
Work effectively to support the teaching and learning environment including proactive, efficient and collaborative liaison with academic staff and students.
Proper documentation in all areas of work.
Track student progress, monitor standards of learning and teaching.
Keep up to date with changes and initiatives in education.
Gain an understanding of UK accreditation requirements and assist with UK accreditation where necessary.
Undertake other duties as may be reasonably requested of your post.
Coordinating school events.

Educational Requirements

• Masters/B Ed. M Ed.
• O/A Level background and qualification will be given preference.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 40 to 50 years
• Should have experience in teaching and academic coordination at English Medium School.
• High level proficiency in English.
• Active participation in school events.
• Training on teaching methodology will be added as advantages.
• Must have computer Literacy in MS Office, Zoom, Google Classrooms and Browsing.
