Job Description / Responsibility
- Credit Management:
- Assist to develop policies, strategies, processes etc regarding recovery and implement as per company policies.
- Responsible for managing and optimizing the credit recovery process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of credit transactions with ageing and communication.
- Identify risks and opportunities for recovery.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Resolve recovery issues through proper communication and negotiation with customers.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and sales representative.
- Risk Assessment and Reporting:
- Work with management to identify the risks, mitigate credit risks and improve collections.
- Process Improvement:
- Streamline credit recovery processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify payment delay causes.
- Implement corrective actions for process enhancement.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at most 32 years
- Proven experience in credit management, debt collection, or related roles, preferable within the Foam and Mattress industry.
- Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing principles, with the ability to balance customer service and financial objectives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build good relationship and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and assess credit risk.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
