Previous experience (4-5 years) in a similar role in experience in the following business area(s): Bricks, Solid Block, Hollow Block, Paver ( Multi Mold) sales & Developer, Real Estate business.
Strong technical skills to operate and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively train and supervise production team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet production deadlines.
Knowledge of similar production, regulations and quality standards.
