Job Description / Responsibility
- Alif Attar is a leading fragrance producer company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
- Responsibilities:
- Production Planning: Developing production schedules and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently.
- Resource Allocation: Managing and allocating resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth production operations while optimizing costs.
- Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control standards to ensure that products meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improving production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the production environment.
- Team Management: Leading and managing production teams, including supervisors, operators, and support staff.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Cost Control: Monitoring production costs and implementing cost-saving measures to optimize production budgets and improve profitability.
- Communication: Facilitating communication and coordination between different departments involved in the production process.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving production issues and challenges that may arise during the production process, such as equipment breakdowns, supply chain disruptions, or quality issues.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

- Proven experience as a Production Manager.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools.
