Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct R&D for new bakery products aligned with market demand.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development.
Design experiments to assess product quality and taste.
Source and evaluate raw materials for compliance and quality.
Optimize recipes and processes for desired product attributes.
Validate product prototypes through trials and production runs.
Analyze market trends and competitors for informed strategies.
Maintain accurate records and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Bachelor's degree in food science or a related field.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chain shop, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 30 years
Proven experience in research and development roles within the bakery or food industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Deep knowledge of bakery product development.
Creative, innovative mindset for product innovation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent project management abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
The applicant must have work experience of more than 5 years in any reputed Company.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
