Currently, AIMS Academy is looking for a Vice Principal for Chattogram campus. Besides, AIMS Academy has another sister concern named AIMS Education; is a consultancy firm that helps students to find the best universities worldwide including the UK, Canada, Australia and USA. AIMS Education has worldwide global branches including UK, Algeria, Nigeria, Ghana, India, Pakistan and UAE. Job Responsibilities
Management and leadership skills are utmost needed.
Monitor institutional activities and staff, including teachers and support personnel.
Establish and oversee class schedules.
Develop, implement, and maintain curriculum standards.
Taking admission target and filingl up.
Observe teachers and evaluate their performance.
Create batch slots for upcoming courses.
Utilize teachers and other staff in the department.
Arranging seminars/workshops online or offline.
Follow up with students and help them to meet any individual needs.
Maintaining social activities and making content for promotion.
Support creating video content/ resource material for Facebook and YouTube Channel.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
