Job Description / Responsibility

As a Portable Generator Operator, you will be responsible for the on-site maintenance, support, and deployment of portable generators (PGs) for telecommunication base emergency support at various locations.
You will work in the field as part of a team and report to your supervisor.
Attend planned site timely and run the portable generator.
Ensure proper functioning and readiness of PGs and their associated equipment Transport PGs and equipment to and from various job sites Setup, teardown and perform maintenance on PGs and their associated equipment on site Monitor PGs and their performance during service to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Perform routine checks on PGs and their components to identify potential problems and recommend solutions Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions quickly to minimize service disruptions Work with customers to identify needs and provide exceptional customer service Communicate in a professional manner with co-workers, customers, and management Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures

Educational Requirements

JSC
SSC
HSC
Diploma in Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication
