Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a few Sales & Marketing Engineer/ Manager/Asst. Managers having experience of around 0-3 years in the sales and marketing of Substations, Generators, Radiators, Switchgear, BBT, Cable Tray, Solar Systems, BBT, SDB, Circuit breakers, and other electro-mechanical products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Play dynamic roles in Sales and Marketing of existing and new products of the Company
Analyzing market trends and results, and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales.
Meeting with customers to maintain relationships and discuss their requirements
Plan to achieve personal and team targets.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales projecting expected sales volume and profit.
Carry out site surveys to assist in project design and proposals and perform commissioning at customer sites in liaison with electrical contractors.
Provide necessary support to team members for lead generation and closing new deals.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key areas
Continually develop knowledge of the market and competition for your defined geography and accounts
Preparation of reports, and sending proposals to clients as needed.

Educational Requirements

Relevant qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Additional Job Requirements

Should be open to travel anywhere in the country
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules and achieve sales and installation goals
