To arrange plan approval from RAJUK.
To get sales permission of the apartments from concern authority.
To complete mutation formalities.
To get occupancy certificates.
To perform any other job assigned by the management as and when required.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

9 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements

Candidate should have vast knowledge of land documentations.
Incumbent should have excellent contacts and relation maintaining capability.
A sophisticated personality and a proven track record of success in logistic related assignment is necessary for this position.
Experienced in logistic management.
Able to work under pressure.
