- Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for our Lifts & Elevator Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department's operations, including installation, maintenance, repair, and customer service. If you are a motivated professional with a passion for elevators and a track record of success in a managerial role, we want to hear from you.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the Lifts & Elevator Department, ensuring the highest standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of elevator installation, maintenance, and repair projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage departmental resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, fostering a positive reputation for the company.
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements in elevator technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on departmental performance, including key metrics, project status, and financial results, to senior management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the elevator industry, with a proven track record of success in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems, components, and operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing elevator operations.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
