Job Description / Responsibility
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; Following up on work results.
- Developing store strategies to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Meeting Sales goals by training, motivation, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
- Ensuring high-level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build Career path.
- Deal all issues that arise from staff or customers.
- Prepare periodical budget, schedule expenditure; analyze variance; initiate corrective action.
- Ensure availability of merchandise and service by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
- Ensure store compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements and profits.
- Secure merchandise by implementing security systems & measures.
- Maintain the stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers.
- Work with vendors and manufactures to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor & store windows.
- Manage stock levels & make key decisions about stock control.
- Analyze & interpret trends to facilitate sales planning.
- Organize special promotion, display & events.
- Work as a team with Bio-XIN to achieve company goals & targets.
- Perform with full of dedication & confidence.
- Easily adaptable in the new work environment. Being friendly, going the extra mile & working in a team is necessary for the environment.
- Can work and cooperate with top management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
