Job Description / Responsibility
  • Prepare project visit schedule and perform the visit as per instruction of Head of the Department.
  • Maintain a database including all necessary information of the suppliers.
  • Conduct market survey to find out cost effective and quality material suppliers.
  • Establish strong rapport with the Suppliers, Accounts & Finance, Engineering & Construction and other related Departments.
  • Find out alternative sources for the required materials.
  • Must be familiar with suppliers, vendors and retailers of construction materials.
  • Must be familiar with market survey process and ability to prepare comparative statements on specific and required materials.
  • Must have good knowledge on delivery and distribution process of procured materials.
  • Must have sound knowledge to handle letter of credits with the banks and suppliers/vendors.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.

Educational Requirements
  • Masters
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management will get preference
Experience Requirements
  • 4 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements
  • Must be honest.
  • Very good typing & report writing skill both in Bengali & English.
  • Have to be fluent in English.
